Sci Fi Drive in vs. 50's Prime time

Absolutely make PS's if you want to be guaranteed to eat there.

I've only been to Prime Time, but we loved it!! The fried chicken was great, pot roast was great - and the atmosphere was alot of fun. Our kids loved it!

We'll be trying Sci-Fi on this upcoming trip. From what I've heard - the atmosphere is great - and as long as you stick to the burgers and shakes, you'll be fine as far as the food.

Sci-fi is a 'drive-in' movie theater and the tables are cars with no roofs on them. The food is good and the atmosphere is cool!!! I had a great time there in Jan.

50's is set in the 1950's (duh) and you sit in little 50's style kitchens watching old movies and clips. The big draw here is the waiters and waitereses. The food is good, but not great. I have LOTS of wonderful memories from this place. It all depends on what CM you get to be your waiter. A good one can make all of the difference. A bad one can't really make the food any worse, but won't leave you with a great impression. If your cool and play along, it can be lots of fun.

I'm sure someone will find a menu for each place for ya!!

My vote goes to 50's, but I would also give Sci-fi a chance. I put it off for years and when I finally went, I wished I hadnt waited so long.

I am definitely not an expert on either but I have been to both. The food at both just seemed "ok" to me. Not real bad but nothing great either. The atmosphere is what we liked best about each restaurant. Our 10 year old DS just loved the Sci-Fi and we enjoyed it too. The Prime Time kind of went over his head, if you know what I mean?

I liked them both but like I said, the food was just ok in my opinion so the atmosphere seems to be the big thing.

I love both and they are usually a must do for each trip. I usually get a cheesburger and spinach and artichoke dip at the SCI FI. I have heard people complaining about the "fancier" options, like catfish and things like that. I've always been happy.

Prime Time has great food. The last few times I've had less than par interaction though. But I have already made my AR for this coming trip. Hoping it will be better!
