Sci Fi... Dinner or lunch?

Our HS plan is to have a light day, sleep in a bit if needed/explore the resort a bit, then head over to HS later in the day with the intent of staying for Fantasmic in the evening. DH has chosen the Sci Fi for his restaurant pick.... What time of day would be best to make our ADR for, lunch or dinner? Doesn't look like the menu changes between the two by much?

I don't think the menu changes at all for that one. I guess it depends on when you think you'll eat breakfast and how big it will be. Are you trying to get by with just 2 meals? Or, will you eat after you leave the park too? A mid afternoon reservation is probably good - around 2 or 3. I don't think it matters if that's lunch or dinner. We are doing a noon lunch there, and then the dessert party at Fantasmic (which includes some cheese and fruit I think). Then, if we're still hungry, we can grab QS at our resort after

We've always done lunch there as its fun and we love the theming. But there are many better options for Dinner than burgers and fries.

We eat lunch and dinner there, no reason to pick one over the other based on the restaurant .... it depends on your other meals of the day, your FP+ and other plans for day.

yeah I would just go with whatever time works. menu is the same all day. Love this place

We've done lunch there but I think it would be just fine for dinner too, very fun theming and pretty good diner type food. We loved our milk shakes too. It feels like night time inside anyway so anytime you can squeeze it in would be great! Have fun!!

We have only eaten lunch there, but whatever time works for you...go for it! We haven't been to HS in awhile, but now you have me wanting to go! Sci-Fi is my kids favorite restaurant!
