Sci-Fi birthday dessert ideas

We will be having dinner at Sci-Fi on DD's birthday, and I'd like to surprise her with something special for dessert.

It will be our last night at WDW, so I don't want to get a cake that we won't finish before we leave. There will be 4 adults and 2 children, none of us are really big eaters.

If only I could get a GF mini-castle cake at Sci-Fi, I would definitely go with that.

Any ideas?
