We just got back and had two dinners at Shulas. I'll lbe doing a review shortly (It was GREAT!).
You do NOT need to dress up, unless of course you want to. We saw "true" business casual, cargo shorts, flip flops, t-shirts etc. The dress code is exactly the same as all other Signature restaurants--just steer clear of the very few things that are actually prohibited and you will be just fine.
