we're allowed off site
the school lunches are just YUCK!

I actually didn't buy today which is a switch. I just had apple sauce, some crackers and water. The lunches are disgusting here except for the cookies.

we no longer have vending machines

i see no point in that

we just but the stuf from the sheds and counter

it just causes bigger ques

people dont give up on it

but they let us go off-site for lunch so really it doesnt make much difference

I've never heard of having vending machines in schools until october when i visited the high school i will be going to

I am in 10th grade and I have never once bought a school lunch. Yes, I take great pride in that.

Today I had chicken nuggets, rice, and pineapple. Yummm.

I usually leave campus and get something from a nearby gas station, though.

Hard to screw that up.

lunch is okay, but I don't go NEAR the lunchroom. its a madhouse in there.

On Friday I had chicken chow mein, noodles and chips with apple juice and a brownie, gorgeus

Our school has vending machines and soda machines.
& inside the cafeteria they serve pizza, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, subs, cookies, burritos, chicken nuggets, chicken fries.
They're not that great...

I typically have a chicken sandwhich or Domino's Pizza with a Gaterade. Sounds so healthy dosn't it, and that is on site food, were not aloud to leave campas.

I don't eat at the Cafe as last year we started this healthy food thing. They don't serve pizza with pepperoni, they don't serve hot dogs, they don't make chocolate chip cookies. There's nothing good there, I'm not saying I'm against healthy food, but they don't even serve the good kind there.
I bring my lunch everyday, mostly always the same thing.

My school's lunches are ok, sometimes. We have 3 main options.

Hotlunch- whatever they are having for lunch that day. Sometimes chicken nuggets, hamburgers, hotdogs, turkey, ham...

Salad Bar- a more healthy version of hotlunch
If they are having hamburgers, salad bar will serve veggie burgers. And of course you have your lettece and carrots and such. You can also make a grilled chicken salad or a taco salad.

Pizza Bar- has 5 different types of pizza everyday
pepperoni, cheese, hamburger, sausage, bacon, hawaiian, mexican...

we have 3 choices of hot meal, 5 sandwiches and 2 salads
I can't believe you have 5 types of pizza every day!! We have margerita every fortnight and thats it

Our school lunches has changed drastically. Our governor lost a lot of weight and decided that all the kids couldn't have normal food. When IFIRST STARTED THIS SCHOOL WE HAD MINI PIZZAS, CHICKEN STRIPS, FRIES ECT...
But now we have like tofu wraps and soy burgers. And like no sodas only water, milk, juice. You can't find anything in our cafeteria that's edible unless of course you bring your lunch like me....
