I am chairing our elementary school carnival this February and was wondering if anybody has any good theme ideas and good places to buy decent prizes.

I second that, I use them for all of the school stuff I plan and for parties.

Since it is next month, you are close to Mardi Gras or Chinese New Year ( which is a fun Dragon theme) or 100 Days of School. Oriental Trading has great stuff for each.
