I think it's against the law in New York state now - but I'm not 100% sure..
Back when I used to drive a school bus for the severely handicapped (way back in the '70's) some of the drivers used to smoke on the bus after the kids were dropped off at school in the morning and before they were picked up in the afternoon..
Okay. Well my reason for asking was I pulled up next to a school bus at a light the other day and the driving was puffing away. I looked a few times to make sure there were no kids on the bus (there weren't). I was just a little shocked to see the woman smoking. I sure wouldn't want my little guy getting on a bus that stinks like smoke!
