School Breaks-week 2 in OCT.?

Does anyone know what schools are on break Oct 8-Oct. 15.
What days are the Florida schools on break in October?
Trying to make best plans for a diverse family to vacation at parks and see family!!

Im in South Florida and Im not sure about the other parts of the state, but down here we don't have an October break...

Local public schools (Orange and Seminole Counties) are out on Friday, 10/14 but they are the only ones out while you're visiting.

I know some counties in TN are out for a whole week during that time. Also the 10th is Columbus Day and many schools in the Northeast get that day off. Our school in TN is off Oct 7-10 so we were trying to hit Universal on the 5th to beat the crowds.

i just read this same question in a thread that was posted in the disney side.

many have school breaks during that time period.

overseas has dates off in that period from school.

colombus day weekend does bring in crowds besides the hhn event.
