Hi, I see the post for a change in School Bread...just wondering because somehow I've never heard of it before -- what is it? where is it? why should I eat it? Tell me more!
School Bread is sold at Kringla Bakeri og Cafe, the CS place at EPCOT's Norway pavillion. IIRC, it's a sweet bread with a custard filling. I know we liked it enough that we'll get it again on our next visit!
Here's a picture from a couple of weeks ago. It was my first one and it is really, really good. The bread isn't too sweet and ther is a lot of custard inside. It is a new must do for me.
It sorta reminds me of a huge bavarian cream donut, which I love to eat! I think it is vanilla cream custard inside... I can't wait to try it in a couple of weeks. I will try to snap an "inside" shot of schoolbread.
I took a look at the videos of your hubby and your boys........ very funny. I like people who can have such a great sense of humor and can be themselves even if they act foolish ( but in a good way). Reminds me alot of my family who are a bunch of sarcastic clowns!!
