Schedule Rides Online?

I think I've missed something. I've now seen repeated references to "scheduling rides online." Is this just something people see coming down the road...or is this already in the works...or already available?

It is part of the NExt Gen fastpass system that isn't available yet...Not sure if/when it will be.Everything I heard was future plans, with no set dates per se

What a truly bad idea! I've read the articles about what they are planning to do and I just have to say that it's already bad enough that I have to try to figure out where to eat 180 days out and now they are going to want me to schedule show times, too. Yuck! I long for the days when, upon entering the MK, I could go to Cinderella Castle and make a reservation for lunch or dinner THAT day! Done ranting, now.
