schedule dinners together for those in adjoining rooms?

We've booked our family of 4 in one cabin and my parents (shhh...it's a surprise!) in the adjoining cabin. I just want to make sure...will they put us all together as far as our dinner schedule and for any other similar assignments like the Character breakfast, etc.?

Yes, they will, as long as you or your TA request it and "link" the reservations together. If they missed your request by accident, you can always change it once onboard. They'll do their best to accommodate. We've never had any problems doing this before when traveling in groups.

We just returned from the 7/6 Western with 3 families traveling together. There were 11 of us and our reservations were all linked together for dinner assignments. You need to make sure to tell your TA or DCL you want them linked. We saw large groups with tables of 10 and 12, but we ended up with 2 tables right next to each other. We put kids at one and adults at the other, it worked out great.
