I don't think that any schedules US carriers fly from Orlando to London, but AA has a direct flight from MIA to LHR (AA56) and one or two flights from LHR-LAX a day. So if you were willing to drive down to MIA or you could book LHR-LAX, MCO-MIA-LHR on a through ticket (on Expedia or aa.com etc). MCO-MIA is only a short hop and the MIA-LHR is just after 8pm (so easy to connect to).

Did not realise Disney cruises went from LA to Port Canaveral through the Panama Canal I presume. In that case Virgin and BA would be your only direct options eavh end.

Aer Lingus I think go direct there from Dublin
but be careful if you are booking a cheap connection flight to Dublin as the baggage is very small
