Scents on updated Soarin ride??

Wasn't sure if this should be posted under attractions or news/rumors.. But we loved the original Soarin..and all the scents make the ride so authentic. I read that the original scents will be gone (no orange groves )... Which makes sense but can't imagine what other scents they may use.. I'm sure all this is prob speculation.... But any thoughts on what the new scents could be on Soarin Around the World??? Can't wait to ride it on our September trip.. Thanks!!!!

You really don't want to know but it does add to the atmosphere of New Orleans at night.

Ahh the smell of mardi gras beads... cheap Chinese plastic covered in beer and urine. Bleh!!

Rode this and I am hoping to find the scents!!! The flowers over the Taj Mahal , the earthy smell in Africa with the elephants and the water smell over the ocean!! If anyone finds these let me know!

I did ! I'm just looking for a candle or something that smells like the flowers not sure if they were roses or jasmine? Some etsy company's have the old soarin rides scents just looking for the new.

Duh! I missed that it was you, the OP, who described the scents.

I think that the elephants smell like fresh cut grass (Yankee Candle scent), and the Taj Mahal is scented like jasmine flowers.

If I'm not mistaken... flight of passage has the same or very similar smells too.

I love the scent when you glide over the elephants! It's an earthy, grassy smell! I'd love it in a candle!

I know! I'm just trying to find something to take me back when I'm feeling homesick! I've seen people talk about a candle for the old soarin ride with the orange trees but nothing for the new yet :-(

My coworker and I rode Soarin at Cali Adventure 2 weeks ago and we thought the flower smell was jasmine. The flower not the princess! I've never met Jasmine, so she might smell like jasmines...not sure.
