My daughter (7) loves watching the youtube videos where the parents surprise their kids with a trip to Disney. (We have been to Disney before.) She has asked that the next trip be a surprise-- she doesn't want to know until day we are leaving, just like in the videos. She is pretty funny about it. It's killing her not knowing. 
So, I've put together a scavenger hunt for her and I need some feedback.
A little back story-- I'd like to introduce her to pin trading now that she is 7 and we are also going to US/IOA for the first time.
I am no writer and I know many have done surprise trips so any feedback you have would be much appreciated!

Clue One (will come in the form of an early Christmas present; along with the clue will be locking backs for trading pins)
A scavenger hunt; What a fun day this will be.
Keep these things handy, you will need them very soon-- just wait and see.
To match them up with what you find next,
go to the place where packages are delivered by FedEx.
Clue Two (along with clue there will be Disney trading pins)
Way to go! You found it but it's almost time to split.
So hurry, hurry and find your next clue.
It's close to the place where Dad keeps his favorite shoe(s).
Clue Three (along with clue will be a lanyard)
You found the lanyard; a great place to store the pins you want to trade.
We're going to a place where it's a fun game that's played.
Before we go, there is something else you need.
And you can find it where we store the chicken feed.
Clue Four (along with clue will be a Minion/Despicable Me book)
What? Minions-- that doesn't make sense.
A little something new that will add to the suspense.
I bet you thought you knew; Don't worry, you might still be right!
Go to the place where we say goodnight.
Clue Five (along with clue will be a gift card or spending $$)
It's always fun to shop and explore.
But where we are going we need so much more.
Now is a great time for a family retreat.
To find your next clue take a look in the backseat. (car)
Clue Six (along with clue new, packed suitcase)
To get where we are going we will need more than our car.
It will take an airplane to go this far.
Your bags are all packed with all you'll need for eight night and days.
Quick, look behind you to finally put and end to this maze.
