I need a Hotel Scavenger Hunt for POFQ for a DS5 and DS12. They can be separate in terms of difficulty. Does anyone know where I can find one? It's going to be the distraction that my DH uses while I leave their Magical Welcome in our room.

I have a generic hotel scavenger hunt if you look in my 4shared file in the link in my signature, then look in the "travel games" file and the "hotel scavenger hunts" subfile. I have made a few for some of the Disney resorts but it takes a good bit of time to come up with the clues for each specific resort. If you can take some time and gather a list of things at POFC, then I will take some time to make the actual card for you.

I find mine by reading about the resort and seeing the different things they list at the resort like restaurants, architecture, sculptures, shopping, etc. I also look in google and click on the "images" tab and type the resorts name. Then look at the pictures to see what things you see in the pictures that they can find.

If you look at some of the other resort scavenger hunts that I have made, you might get some ideas for things to add to your list.

I believe there is a sea serpent (a water slide at the pool), court jester, alligator playing a drum, alligator playing a banjo, "float works", mardi gras mask, beignets, dock, giant ice cream cone, river boat...

Also, the ones that I have made for the resorts are all "photo scavenger" hunts. If you decide to work on a list, let me know if the photo scavenger hunt will work.

I actually started a list of objects I remembered from my research and my visit there 15 years ago because I didn't think anyone was going to answer me. I'll check yours out and see how I can combine them.

I have the scavenger hunt card ready with pictures. When you get a chance post your list and I will put it on the card and post it for you.

I have Alligator with a pirate looking hat, Alligator with Banjo, Alligator with an Umbrella, Playground, the Arcade, a fountain, lampost, the Magical Express drop off, an indoor sun (It's in the food court), and the boat dock.

I think that's it.

I took some time and found more things for the list. You can find it in my 4shared in the link in my signature. Then look in the "travel games" file and the "hotel scavenger hunts" subfile. Do me a favor and check it for typos.

Since your husband is taking the kids...if he is like my husband...you might want to put a time limit as you could spend an afternoon finding all of the things on the list and the last thing you want to do is wear him out with the kids. If they don't get the list completed...carry it around in your backpack/bag and look for things throughout your stay.

Hope you like it!

Figment, just wondering if you ever got a chance to look at the scavenger hunt that I posted last week and if you liked it.

Sorry I've been super busy. It looks great! I showed it to the DH and he said the kids should have a blast. Thank you so much!

I love this idea, but I only see Port Orleans Riverside in your travel games folder? The OP asked for PO French Quarter and that is where we are staying also, so I thought this would be a lot of fun.

Should I look elsewhere?
Thank you!

All the ones that I have made to date are in my 4shared. I guess the original requester never caught the mistake. I'm not familiar with POR or POFQ...are they in the same location? If so you could still use the one that I made. I think the list is for things at both. I have never stayed there so I googled pictures to come up with the list. Aren't they right next to each other?
