ISIS has claimed responsibility, but Ukraine intelligence says,
"Moscow shooting a ‘deliberate provocation by Putin’s special services...’ "
US told embassy employees & others weeks ago to avoid concerts
and large gatherings.
I find it hard to believe that 3 men, dressed in camo, could walk in and
just start shooting up the venue.
In the US, yes, but not in Russia - I don't know what to think.
