Scary Movie Recommendations?

Hi everyone! My friend and I like to rent horror movies each weekend, but recently, we haven't had much luck finding any that sound good. Here are the ones that we've already seen.

The Possession
The Exorcism of Emily Rose
The Apparition
Paranormal Activity

We try to keep the movies we watch to a PG-13 rating, but R is fine as long as they're not too inappropriate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

My friends and I typically have weekly movie nights where we watch scary movies, we usually just pick one from Netflix though. The most recent ones we've watched are The Innkeepers and The Alphabet Killer. VHS, The Cabin in the Woods, Rosemary's Baby, ATM, and all the Scary Movies are good too. I'm not sure what any of them are rated though.
