Generally, I'm not a fan of big drops. I would not say I am a fan of roller coasters. I can tolerate small ones like Primeval Whirl.
I never used to go on Space Mountain, but once I did I really enjoyed it. I really wanted to go on Mission:SPACE when It opened,so I forced myself to go on it. I'm glad I did, and it was really neat. I've been on the intense version twice and I dont really care about going again.
I also forced myself to go on EE when it opened. I like it, but that is about the limit of what I can enjoy.
That said, I finally forced myself to go on RnRC last trip. For years my family has tried to get me to go! I was well prepped to keep my head back during the launch. I have to say, the ride was not nearly as bad as I feared. I am looking forward to trying it agin on my next trip! One thing I can see is that the ride technology is pretty cool. From the sound system to the linear induction.
There is a website, I dont have a link, but you can probably find it easily enough that lists every roller coaster inthe world and it's g-forces, max speed, max drops, and technology and all. IT's worth checking out - and you may well be able to compare RnRC's facts to other rides you been on before.
Oh - and the whole ride on RnRC is less than 90 seconds!
