Scarecrow in World of Color

Watching the mattercam late at night I noticed a scene on projection of world of color while they were doing test runs. It appeared to be a pretty scary looking scarecrow and all I cold think was the old show Scarecrow of Romney Marsh but I thought it was too dark of a show to put in world of color. Has anyone else seen that image on the mattercam?

I believe that is the long lost cousin of the scarecrow that acted in The Wizard of Oz, just blowing into town for the night. Lol
