Scanning Tickets to Link to MDE??

Can someone please tell me how to scan my tickets into MDE using the phone app? I have been unable to get them to link by entering the numbers on the website and tech support has been no help whatsoever. I've read that some people who have also had trouble have been able to scan their tickets in so I thought I'd try that. However, I cannot find anywhere on the app that will allow me to scan them -- only enter the numbers. Am I missing something???

Have you updated the app? The new version has the scanning option.

Thanks! That was the issue! I thought I had it updated already, but obviously not. Now if I can just get the app to work without locking up my phone each time
