I was looking at scales this week and I saw a lot that measure body fat and hydration. Does anyone know if those functions really work? And how
I really can't imagine how the scale would know if I am dehydrated?
And thoughts? I have been excercise a lot lately and the scale isn't moving and a friend told me I am losing body fat and gaining muscle... would love it if that were true.
