SBR-Poem for helping professions?

I'm a SW in a nursing home and we want to honor the SW that we collaborate with for services...I'm looking for a poem that captures what SW is about; caring, empowering, supporting, encouraging, etc. Thinking I could scrap a page with the poem and frame it for their offices. Any help is greatly appreciated!
