SB Joann's discount coupons?

Can anyone tell me if Joann's %off coupons are on anything or only regularly priced merchandise like Michaels & ACMoore's are? I want to buy a Xyron 510 but if I can get a better price at Joanns I will sign up for their fliers and wait for a sale/coupon deal.

Their coupons are off of regular priced items only.... But... I know that the AC Moore near me takes Michaels or Joannes coupons too !! AND the honor other peoples sale prices with an additional 10 % off.......
