Says pin number invalid?

So got a pin code today (Alice in wonderland email) when I click on link, pin number is entered, but it keeps telling me it is not valid. Any ideas? Want to try online to get prices prior to calling.

I had issues with my zip code. I called and they fixed it. Just call and they can help you.
