What does VC stand for??

Hi everyone, I have been a sneakly lurker for a long time - I printed off reams and reams of 'hidden secrets' when we went to Florida and was armed with all the tips for waslking around the parks. My husband thought I was nuts!! have been using the site for a while but thought today I would take the plunge and post.

Anyhow, sorry VC - (Disney) Vacation Club. They had the little stalls set up outside the Eurostar terminal trying to lure people in with offers of a free meals. I would love one but we already have a timeshare we don't use that often plus you are only ever at DLP for a few days so it seems daft to spend half the day in a meeting when there are so many other things to do.

Oh, I hate to say this but most of the tourists stay for the weekend - they make a full weekend break of it so they'l be doing the EMH as well. Our hotel was packed, it is kind of a shock when you have lovely peaceful days and then can't even buy food for a snack. We are not crowd people at all (Florida in Feb was great as well, despite the Tornado warning which then hit Lady Lake - Ooer) and always go out of season and at the quietest times. I have also been for the New year at Epcot which was fab, and then everyone from the US went home on the 2nd Jan leaving us lots of empty parks.

We will have EMH on the Wednesday of our stay and will go and do Fantasyland then. People think am mad but you have to have it planned don't you - else you miss things. I am a bit gutted we will miss the High School Musical reunion at Paris, my daughter and I love this now but when we went to Florida she was a bit young and we had not even seen it - now we know the whole movie and she is despertae to see HSM2, we kind of bypassed the HSM Parade in Studios Florida and I wish I hadn't of now.

I could go on forever about Disney I love it so much. I think there isa fine line with children wanting to go because is is Magical and for Mickey Mouse and then they get too old and they only go for the rides - I want to make the most of taking pictures of them with Mickey Mouse.
