If you're staying onsite, I'd consider visiting the parks via the buses/boats/monorails. WDW's transportation system is great.![]()
That's many peoples opinion, we totally dislike ithas to be a car for me. We don't get on well with buses, even got an arrogant driver last year on the only evening we used buses.
Also please don't park at DTD and use buses from there. In peak season it can be hard enough to get a parking space anyway at DTD. Imagine if everyone who wanted free parking parked there![]()

This will be our first time onsite but unless we plan to drink (epcot) then I can see us driving 90% of the time. We just prefer the independance of being our own driver!

We used the OKW - Epcot bus quite a lot so we could take advantage of the Food & Wine Festival. Worked fine - the only downside is the bus going all round the houses within OKW![]()
Those Disney people are always going to be several steps ahead of you, haggler.goddamit i thought i had found a loophole
DTD bueses are the worst in my experience, seem less frequent and take ages as they go around other stops and TL. Also you won't find many buses going to resorts in the morning.
We love Disney Transportation!
(Except when it's going to TL/DTD though! We always had like 20 minute waits and then the journey was well over half an hour.)
Still, I love the man's voice, Jack and I often talk like him, and it makes us instantly happy!
"Welcome Aboard Disney transportation! We hope you've have a magical day at Disney's Hollywood Studios! We're on our way to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, an African paradise where wild animals roam free in the Savannah surrounding your resort. So sit back, relax and let us do the driving. You'll be home soon!"
Eeeeeeeeeeee, I cannot wait to hear him again.
