'tis true...Soldiers are allowed one free cosmetic surgery. I've only seen it taken advantage of a couple times in my career...there's actually a lot of red tape involved...but possibly if someone really wants it.

My girlfriend is doing it. After her second child, che has extra skin. Her stomach is completely defined, except for that. So, she is having the skin removed.
