Is it true that Liberty Tree Tavern is no longer a character meal?

I'm afraid not. We are bummed too! Its still the same family style meal/menu at dinner but no characters.

Bummer! That was always one of our favorite meals, but the characters definitely made the meal!!!!!

Yes it's true. LTT kicked the characters out.

I really hate it because Chip & Dale are two of my favorites & LTT was the only meal in the MK area that had these two. For four trips in a row, I went to LTT to see Chip & Dale & now that they're gone, I have no interest in LTT ( and I even told Guest Services this ).

Seriously, they still have the exact same dinner menu and the exact same price as before; the only difference now is that there are no characters.

Now your stuck with Garden Grill as your only option. We were there a few weeks ago and had a great meal though. Chip and Dale were up to their usual antics and the interaction there is really top notch.

Same price?!? This used to be one we did every trip but now I think we will skip it and do lunch instead. Too bad.

Lunch is now the best option here! Exact same food and no characters for more money at dinner!? Not worth it!!! Guess they will be losing a lot of repeat diners!! One more meet and greet gone bad move I think!!!
