Savings on Flower delivery? Codes, etc.??

My neighbor is becoming a judge and I was going to send flowers to her home since we can't make the ceremony, does anyone have any places they like or codes to use? I just hate paying full price plus so much for delivery! Thanks!

Could you go to local floral place and save some $. I know Kroger (grocery store) and few local flower places do better job than online places for local jobs.
