Saving a word doc as a jpg or photo file

I hope it is okay to ask this here. I have created a design in Microsoft Word. Is there anyway to save that as a jpg or another photo file. I have tried doing it differently and can't seem to make it work. It could have something to do with being up until 3am working on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
