Saveology is driving me crazy. There has been something that has been a problem for every single purchase I have made!

Now it is the Boston Market purchase. Apparently you can't just print it out, you have to go to ANOTHER website and enter the code and have them mail you a card! I have copied and pasted the code to make sure it is right and it STILL says "incorrect code." So, I did it by hand again, still wrong. It says clearly, "Copy exactly as listed, including all dashes."

I think this is some huge scam.

GRRRRR!!!!!!!

And if you know what the heck I am doing wrong, please help.

Sorry, not sure what's going on with your code. Probably ought to contact Saveology. I've purchased several things from them and have always had to go to another website and enter the code. Haven't had any problems with it so far.
 
I also realized I let a couple purchases lapse.....GRRR!!! I had no idea you had to go enter a code by a certain date or you lose it completely. I thought it was like Groupon where you at least get to keep the amount of $$ you put in.

I think I better stick to Groupon and SaveMore as they don't have this 2 month window or you lose it. I am not good at remembering.

around here,it's savemore that has the issues, I looked at their facebook page,and it is FULL of people with stories like mine,it's a stupid site,makes you jump through multiple hoops to get the special,(really,it's not a code,I have to fill out more forms and ASK to get a giftcard sent to me,after I already paid?)
plus the last one I got suckered into is nonexistant-
I wonder if it's the same company,I no longer deal with anyone I don't know
 

Was that the water bottle one? I finally got my water bottles, about 3 months later.

mine was a supposed cvs giftcard which CVS had no knowledge of.....and I contacted the company,and heard nothing. their email now goes straight into the spam box..... I finally got my Boston Market GC months later after I finally figured out I had to jump through hoops to get it:sad2: groupon is so nice and simple,I'm done with these other companies....
 
Ok, called. It was my error. I put in the wrong email account. Customer service is also giving me the gift cards I purchased that have expired and doing it for me while I am on hold.

My faith is restored.

My beef is with plum district. I ordered target gift cards mid-december. I redeemed my codes through digital doorstep and got the confirmatin e-mails. My credit card was billed right away but I'm still waiting.

Glad you got it resolved. I've used saveology many times for gift cards at reduced rates. I've always had to go to another site to redeem, but received them quickly after doing that. As soon as I buy, I put a reminder in my phone for a week later to make sure I go in and order the cards so that I don't forget.
 
I know you figured out your problem but just in case you purchase a GC through them again there have been other problems people have discovered.

You must wait 24 hours before entering the code into the website and usually the code needs to be entered during business hours. If you try to enter before 24 hours or during the middle of the night the website will tell you the code is not valid.

Can't wait for my GCs to get here.

I had NO IDEA I ordered THREE Boston Market GCs. I don't know how that happened, but I will now have $75 in Boston Market GCs! :lmao:
