Well I added up the reciepts from our 6 days at WDW with the DDP and we saved almost 180.00 with the plan. That also doesn't include tips. So I would say next March when we go again it will be the DDP.

I agree, we had similar savings on our six day trip last December. We will be doing DDP again starting this weekend on a 7 day trip to OKW. It's possible to spend at least $38.99 "the cost per day of DDP" per person per day on just counter service meals at DW. and the cost of a single TS meal can cost even more than that. So consider us DDP believers as well.

When we went this past November, we (my "adult" aged 10 year old ;) ) saved around $300. Having meals at Spoodles ($120) and Coral Reef ($90) certainly raised that number very quickly.

We're going back in December and there was no question that we would be on the dining plan again. Even if you don't end up saving money, I like not having to worry about the prices or budgeting for meals. It's kind of like a flexible spending account...you pay it off ahead of time and just withdraw later...only this is better because there's no employer cap :cool1:
