Prices always go up as well, its pretty much guranteed from year to year. That sucks though. Next time book it if you know you're going, if not, play the risk.

Are you sure you are getting the same room type? Perhaps the room that was available when you saved the quote is not what is coming up now. For example, I saved a gardenview room quote for the GF, when I went back later to see what I wanted to do, all that was left was a MK view and that created an increase in the price.
Also, when you saved your quote was there a discount available that may have expired in the meantime?

I was going to say the same as HelenK. You may have saved with a discount that has since expired. A discount expired on Wednesday night and a new discount came out on Thursday. That new discount, in most cases is not as good as the discount that expired. That's most likely what happened in your case.
