I used the code and ended up with 196 for 8 days! I usually take 2-3 printouts of it with me and this way I have my proof of what my rate is supposed to be!

we always take both the internet print out and email print out .....and often hand it to the "attendant" as we check out.....that was why the person we had the last time ( maybe the same one you had ) passed it over to another gentleman next to her....he seemed to be able to override the "erroneous" computer charge that resulted from them "assessing" a full size reservation on the EA as ER and thus bumping up the rate....

glad to hear you were not "penalized" on boarding groups.....but the real test ......how many pre boards did you have to "go up" against

Yes, I took the printout from home, but, the attendant apparently did not read it. She even asked when we were returning it. The printout I was talking about is the one you get from other agencies with all the charges listed on it. I always take the printout for any reservation I make on the net. I cannot even imagine the mess we would have had had I not brought that with me.

On the way down the preboards were about 10, mostly families with kids.
On the way back, there were some elderly folks, 3 I believe, in wheel chairs and two kid preboards. Not too bad. On the way down there was one little one, 2 ish, that started screaming the minute he hit the plane and was not allowed to run, and he screamed until we landed. I was a bit edgy and really wanted to pinch him to give him something to scream about, but, I did behave.
