Saved Draft Help

I noticed there is a way to save a "draft" of new topic, but not sure how to access it once its saved. Or maybe the save is for content within a thread? If I can start a topic without posting it, how can I access it later to post? TIA

Once you save the draft, it will be there the next time you open that thread. You can add to it, edit it, delete it, post it as-is, etc. It will still be there until you delete the draft or post your reply to that thread.
