Save VMK

we need to bring VMK back for future generations! So they can experience Disney like we have.

Think of your future kids at Disney. Then you see the building where VMK headquarters is supposed to be. Won't you feel sad that your kids will never get to play? That no one will ever get to play ever again?

Look at the bottom of my signature and you will see "These guys miss VMK. Don't you?". I miss VMK. I know you miss VMK. We need it to bring our smiles above our frowns and to get our eyes gleaming again. Haven't you noticed that you have too much time now that VMK is gone? Now what will we fill that time up with? Playing VMK? You can't its gone. But with your help, we can bring it back. We will fight to fill the void still left in our hearts. I say we make an online petition somewhere to bring our most beloved game back. So we can enjoy it, our chldren can enjoy it, and many others can love it for a long long time.
no. i plan on raising my kids to know the difference between good and bad video games. :)

Pretty sure E.T. for Atari was a bad game to every person... ever.

oh wait...this is the thread of pointless right?

SAVE VMK Hello guys, I've been thinking lately. I want Virtual Magic Kingdom back. I'm not sure if any of you do or not. I think we can save VMK, I really truley do. You may be over the Kingdom by now, you may think you are too "cool" or to old. Well, if you are too "cool" to play VMK, are you too cool to go to the Disney Parks? Virtual Magic Kingdom was a wonderful thing, it doesn't matter if you disagree, it was. Without VMK, you wouldn't have met most of your online friends. VMK was a safe enviroment where you could talk to others in a safe enviroment. I've never seen a game so safe in my life. It was a place you could go to Disney for free at your home. I really want to make VMK come back, more than anything. It meant so much to me and to see everyone just give up trying to save it breaks my heart. VMK wasn't a game or a promotion in my eyes, it was a home.

Now, I think we should all come together and try to save it. We've tried making remakes of it, that doesn't work. It's proabably easier to get VMK back from Disney than try to make your own exact VMK remake. I'm sure some of you are going to say, "just get over it." No. I'm not going to get over it, why can't you just understand it meant alot to me. Why can't you just help us save it? The more people we get the better chance we have at making it return. This isn't going to work without everyones help. So please, help me save VMK.

I saw this posted on several other websites, not just this one.

Anyway, I agree...I miss VMK. That's all I've got to say to this.

I was on VMK since 2006 and I've never had any viruses from it.

Neither have I.

You can't really say that, a lot of people liked it, a lot of people didn't. It's your opinion it was bad, others may think it was good.

you said that the whole point of that "game" was to talk to other people. that's just a chat room with really intricate avatars, not a video game.

I know. But still, people liked it. I wouldn't really classify it as a video game either... more like a computer game that gives some people viruses where you talk to other people and some creepers...

But really, it's enough. I was a big fan of VMK, and I was sad when it closed. I signed online petitions, and I had a little hope, but I've given up. Yeah I miss VMK, but it's not going to come back, and you'll have to face reality. Or not, and we'll get these annoying posts :sad2:
