Click to expand... Yes, both are Foie Gras. It tastes like the most delicate steak you've ever had without the grain of steak, but the flavor is very intense.

The Jacques Pepin recipe sounds delicious and I'll definitely give it a try. I did Emeril's and it wasn't so nice. OK, but not fantastic. Pate goes wonderfully well with dark figs.
