Save the Dates

I want to start preparing the guest list to give Disney to send out the save the dates.
I know it needs to be in Excel, but can anyone let me know how I need to seperate it.

Don't worry too much, you'll get an excel sheet from your Wedding Consultant to fill in. One tab is for the names and addresses for your save the dates and the other is for the room blocks.

Here are the column headings you'll need to fill in for save the dates:

Title and Name
Address
City
State
Zip
Country

The 2nd tab for room blocks is set up with formulas to count number of room nights so I'd say don't try to worry about that too much yet. Just make sure to talk with your guests to see how long when they will be arriving, how long they'll stay, and at what level resort they want to stay at...that's more of a headache than the save the dates.

I just sent mine in two weeks ago, so I thought I would copy over the headings for you. I think the only one that was missed is the "additional guests" column.

This is so true. Although Disney does not require the exact number of nights, its still good to have the closest estimate of room nights possible because you want to make sure to meet your room minimum.
Make sure your get as much info as possible from your guests before sending Disney your room block info.
