Save 15% on DVC with DL AP

In the Holiday issue of Backstage Pass, the AP magazine for DL, there is an offer that is new to me.

"APs will receive $2, 250 or more off the price of a new membership_ a savings of approximately 15%." p.10

Is this really a new offer or does it match another discount?

That would appear to match the current "referral" program discount of $15 per point for SSR purchase. Propspective members just need a referral from an existing DVC member to get the $86pp price.

The DL AP discount would be similar except no referral is necessary.
