Sauna

Are saunas good or bad for you? My boyfriend is just after moving into a house where there's one and i'm wondering if i should use it. Are there supposed to be lots of germs in the damp atmosphere or something?

I never heard that they were bad for you. I have used them at hotels, etc.

Speaks of potential coronary risks more than sanitary risks. I do think a suana is a super dry heat, rather than moist, like a stema room, and maybe not necessarily germ prone, other than from normal unsanitary upkeep. I do know any time in the past that I have tried a sauna (have not in many years), I always walked out in seconds as it was not my cup of tea. I find them to be stifling, and I don't need that, LOL.
