Saturn Vue opinions???

I am looking for opinions on the Saturn Vue. I am considering buying one new. It seems to be a fairly good deal for what you get. I current have a Hyundai Santa Fe so this would be a little bit of downsizing but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Any thoughts would be great!

My mom has a Vue and I have driven it many times - neither of us have had any complaints. I think my mom's only regret was not looking into getting the V6 engine because sometimes it is a little loud - not that you can't talk or hear anything just not as quiet as some other SUVs. Make sense?

What exactly do you mean by downsizing? I've been in Sante Fe's and the Vue is about the same size if not bigger than that. And cost wise, I don't think there is much difference - unless you got a really bad deal on your Hyundai lol. Good luck. I have a Saturn Ion and I love it so all in all I have no complaints about the Saturn company.

I just bought a 5 speed Vue a month ago. So far, so good. And it gets about 27mpg which is good. I downsized from a Taurus wagon and until I try to move kids to college, I haven't had any problem with the size.

I had to go back for some minor service. (Needed a front license plate bracket in MD and bought in DE which doesn't use.) Anyway, I was in and out so quickly I was amazed.

I have had my vue for going on 3 years now and I LOVE it!! The only reason I may get rid of mine is to move to a bigger car and go for the Relay!

I have the V6 and I wouldn't trade it in for any kind of other SUV!!
