We are taking a trip next year before TG. I am toying with the idea of flying out Friday before TG, hitting DL Saturday, relaxing Sunday then going full swing to the parks Monday/Tuesday (maybe wednesday too depending) My family has a day planned at Knotts ON TG day (they do this every year) so we'd do that Thursday. Friday would still be up in the air.
I'm debating if it would be worth it to do Saturday as well as MTW before TG to make the trip longer and more worth it since it's going to be pricey regardless.
We'd rent a car and probably stay at a hotel closer to Knotts Wednesday/TG night so we'd have somewhere to go when the kids run out of steam that day.
Help me oh-wise-ones! What to do?
