Saturday after Thanksgiving

Hi AimeeM I'm another Pennsylvanian checking in. We will be leaving Pottstown in our RV the day before Thanksgiving.
There will be 10 of us in all.

We are flying down on Thanksgiving morning! The kids have 6.5 days off of school & hubby goes hunting for 5 of those days! It makes for the perfect time for a trip back down to WDW!! My parents have been making the 2nd trip we go on every year and this is our 3rd trip with them. I can NOT wait! There will be 6 of us, and we are staying at the Dolphin.. We are so excited. We have only stayed at value resorts on the past 8 trips!!( and a few days at PO ) Have you been to WDW before for THanksgiving? Its awesome!

All you have to do is search on these boards. Remember that the whole weekend at MK might be busy...More probably on Main St due to the parade that the film over and over again and from what I have read it is an all day event.

From what I've read, it sometimes takes 2 days to film, that's why I thought it was strange for them to start filming on Thanksgiving Weekend. Usually they film it around Dec 3 or so.

I just went and did a search and looks like Dec 3, 4 or so they may be filming.

I see Pennsylvania will be well represented. Anyone doing MVMCP on Tuesday night after Thanksgiving??? Where is everyone from Pa staying? We are at the Beach Club.

Another group from Pa here. Taking Bus to Phila on the day before Thanksgiving then Amtrak from Phil to Orlando on turkey day!! This makes my second trip at this time of the year but am really excited since I am taking a girl friend from work and her two children 10, 13 who have never been. We are doing MVMCP on the 28th and are staying at AKL, please keep that quiet since they think we are staying at POP. Just a suprise from an early santa

We are flying from Pittsburgh on Turkey day morning. Should be at the parks by noon!!

We are staying at the Dolphin. We always stay in the value resorts, so this will be a big step up. I cant wait!!

We are going to MVMCP on Tuesday, the 30th too!! We leave on Wednesday.. so its our big finish to a sure to be awesome week!!
