Satu'li sampler platter

Satu'li is now offering a sampler platter for $75 supposed to feed four people. Would like to know if this is available on the dining plan. Can't find anything that says it is so I'm kinda assuming it's not but if anyone has any info on this would be appreciated.

Seems like a huge ripoff at $20/person. Aren't the bowls like $12? And they are huge portions too...

You also get drinks I think four bowls with drinks I saw somewhere else was like $63 so it's an extra $12 not sure if the portion is exactly the same as four bowls or not.
