I'm trying to find a web site that lets you view satellite photos from around the US or the world. I had seen one a few months ago, but don't remember the URL. Does anyone happen to know a good one? I tried terraserver.com, but it gives me a server error message. I'd appreciate any help ya'll could give me. Thanks!! :)

FYI, mapquest also uses these photos. I have printed them out often. Most are even in color!

'Morning Mean Shannon! :teeth: B&W is good. I'm not too picky about that. Hmmm... maybe I should request hi resolution digital color.... :teeth:

LOL! What can I say? It was getting late and my brain was tired. Besides, my search engines are better at finding parks trivia info. ;) Google didn't help at all last night either. Then again, I did pull that Shacky question out of a book, not online. I guess that's why nobody got it right. :teeth:

Thanks for the links!! :) I tried them & they're really cool. :) I'm looking for a site that lets you type in a specific address, then gives you the satellite pic. I found a Microsoft version of Terraserver, but the images I pulled were 7 to 8 years old. The place I'm looking for wasn't around back then. So it was pretty much an empty field. :p

Thanks!! :)

Most of the mapquest ones are 1-2 years old, so try that again. That also has you type in the address.
