Sars really makes me nervous!! I really hope they find a cure for it or atleast a test for it!!

It scares me too, and I agree they know more than they are letting on (which is usully my opinion of anything like this).

I wouldn't jump to dark conclusions about this decision, and certainly don't think it's because 'they' know more than they are letting on. 'They' know it's a communicable disease with an incubation period of about 10 days. Quarantining is a time-honoured, effective method of dealing with such issues. I'd be more concerned about people not following a voluntary quarantine than I would be about having an involuntary quarantine ordered.

I'd be more inclined to view the order as putting a key transmission prevention requirement in place to make sure the health system can effectively block any spread of SARS.

I have to say it concerns me but what concerns me more is the information were getting about it!

Lats night I was watching the news and the reporter ( I cant remember who) said " The cases of SARS is actually declining in the areas that have been hit the worst" she actually sounded DISSAPOINTED!!! Like she doesnt have enough to report on these days?

From what the report said though it sounds like it could be on the decline. I hope its true!
