Hi all,
My family and I are excited to be staying at Saratoga for our first time next month. Can anyone tell me if they have an outside movie screen like BLT? My son and grandson so enjoyed watching disney movies outside a few nights last August.

A Big Screen is set up at High Rock Springs Pool (Main Pool) so you can swim and watch the movie.

I was last at that resort in May 2011...they were showing Tangled on a big screen by the Rock Springs Pool every night.

On a photo of the "Broadway" section I saw something that looked like a movie theatre marquee. What's that?

EDIT: I think I figured it out, it's the big "shack" where they have the preview villa model-rooms in it, right?

Where is the check-in / lobby area located for SSR?

Do they take requests at SSR? I would like to put one in for a studio at either Congress Park or Grand Stand. Those areas seem to be a bit more laid back than the others.

Yes, but like anything else, it's a request. Congress Park IS laid back and relaxing. Don't know about Grand Stand...haven't stayed there.

I realize it's just a request and in the end, I'm happy to stay anywhere at WDW, but I can at least try. In the past, requests have worked pretty well for me.

I looked at Google Maps and Grandstand seems to be pretty quiet and nicely surrounded by golfing greens.
