With Saratoga Springs, can you get free transport to all included on the disney ticket (even water parks?).

Also if we did not want to hire a car but want to go to sea world, busch gardens etc, is there any way we can get there on transfer buses or would we need to hire a car?

Buses run to all WDW parks and Downtown Disney from SSR. There is also a boat to Downtown Disney from the resort.

We never hire a car when we visit Florida, and find it easy to get around. We often use taxis to get to Sea World and Universal Studios - for us, it still works out cheaper than hiring a car. For Busch Gardens, take a taxi to Sea World (approx. $20) then catch the special bus from there.

However, we have used the Lynx bus from WDW to International Drive. This is very cheap and we have found it reliable, but it can add a fair bit of time to get from A to B.

We have stayed at Disney hotels with and without hiring a car. We never used the car to visit any of the Disney parks, but we did use it to visit the non-Disney parks and also to do shopping. The nearest Walmart is only about 5 minutes away from SSR and having a car enables you to stock up on all the holiday essentials such as beer and telephone cards, etc. Driving in Florida is so easy. I would definitely think about hiring a car if I was you.
