Saratoga Springs....????...who's got the scoop??

Just looking for any info on the new Saratoga Springs??
Is it going to be only DVC?
How many rooms?
Where? Is this what is taking the place of the Disney Institute?
When is it scheduled to open?
If there are rooms available to the general public....what kind of rates?
Anyone with links to pictures?

As of now it is DVC only. It opens on May 17 well building 1 does and then building 2 in June and 3 in July and then 4 in Aug. Its not far from DTD. If you go to the DVC forum on DISboards you can find all sorts of info out. Look for a thread called Saratoga Springs resorts FAQ. I just bought DVC at SSR about three days ago and can not wait to go HOME in Sept.
