Saratoga Springs Room Location Information

Okay, my first DVC trip is next fall and I have a picky mother!

She wants to be "close to something". This all comes from our stay at OKW a few years ago, before joining DVC. SHe felt trapped in her room beijg so far away from anything to do besides a pool.

I know there are buildings close to the lobby area and some close to DD. What are they? Can I request them? Does it make a difference if I do?

For rooms close to the main pool/restaurants, ask for The Springs
For rooms close to Downtown disney (if you want to go walking), I would say Congress Park, but ask for the one close to the walkway.
